My motives for exercising.
15 sit-ups. 10 crunches.
Jogged 1 and a half round non-stop =D
Climbed to the 7th storey aft the jog.
Had only breakfast and lunch since term 2 started. Skip dinners everyday.
A healthy lifestyle . I'm on dieting.

What's important now will be my studies

I've learnt something frm all the things that happened in the past.
Sometimes it still hurts when look back. But at least i can smile now =))
Hope that it'll be the last worst confusion in my life =D

Regret or not, depends on how you look at the matter. I've regretted but i dont grumble anymore.
